How you should be

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a team of talented tech writers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

What you will doDevelop comprehensive documentation that meets organisational standards.

Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success.

Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.

Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.

Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.

Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.

Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration.

Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.

Research and create a content of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

Experienced in logical application/product-based solution.

Ability to work independently and with others

Understand the solution and create user manual, videos, release notes etc.

Create the third-party integration documents, API docs etc.

Prepare visual diagrams & wire-frames for ease of understanding.

Communicating and collaborating proactively with team to analyse information needs and functional requirements and delivering use cases and Interface designs as and when required.

In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering

What we are looking forBachelors degree in marketing or a related business or technology field

2-6 years of relevant work experience

Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role

Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.

Must have a good command over the English language with a natural flair for reading and writing.

Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking capability.

Collaborating across teams to discuss and produce content, including research, as needed.

Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

Multitasking and organizational skills (to handle several types of projects and people regularly).

Flexible, proactive, able to generate ideas and create solutions to problems.

Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
