Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Voice Process Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in handling customer queries and providing technical support over voice calls.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical queries from customers over voice calls
  • Provide solutions to technical issues related to products and services
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical voice process or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages
  • Technical knowledge in areas such as networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
