Role Description:
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will develop applications and systems that leverage AI tools and Cloud AI services, ensuring production-ready quality. Your work will involve implementing generative AI models and applying techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, and chatbots.
Summary:
You will be responsible for:
- Solutioning and designing CCAI applications utilizing Google Cloud Machine Learning Services.
- Integrating chatbot solutions with CCAI and other cloud services.
- Developing CCAI flows, pages, webhooks, and integration into playbooks.
- Creating agents in Agent Builder and integrating them into end-to-end pipelines using Python.
- Applying GenAI-Vertex AI models, including deep learning and image processing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CCAI applications with Google Cloud ML services, including Dialogflow CX and conversational AI.
- Implement and integrate chatbot solutions within cloud services.
- Create and manage CCAI flows and webhooks.
- Develop agents using Agent Builder and ensure seamless pipeline integration.
- Utilize generative AI models for various applications.
- Maintain high-quality production-ready cloud application pipelines.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CCAI.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Cloud Data Architecture knowledge.
- Cloud ML/PCA/PDE Certification.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with prompt engineering, chatbots, and generative AI models.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML.
- 4-7.5 years of specific experience with Google Cloud Machine Learning Services.
- Overall experience between 7.5 - 9 years.
Educational Qualifications:
- A total of 15 years of full-time education, preferably in computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
Additional Information:
- Proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions is preferred.
