Technical Test Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Test Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow testing and automation to lead QA efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with ServiceNow SA/Dev/QA teams, create robust test strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow modules and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with ServiceNow SA, Development, and QA teams to understand and analyze requirements
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project goals
• Execute tests, identify, report, and track defects effectively
• Lead QA efforts for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, and others
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java
• Oversee ServiceNow implementation testing ensuring coverage and quality
• Utilize strong knowledge of web services and database technologies to support testing
• Provide guidance on performance testing (preferred skill)
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in automation and testing

Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of overall QA/testing experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Testing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation using Selenium/Java technologies
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow implementation and module testing
• Strong knowledge of Web Services and Database technologies
• Experience or knowledge in performance testing is preferable
