Technical Test Lead

Job Description:

Year of Experience: 7 Years to 10 Years

Skills: Automated Test Lead Role

Expertise in QA methodologies and best practices

Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking

Proficiency in Automation tools, including script development & maintenance.

Experience in SQL for data validation and backend testing

Banking or financial services products is a MUST. (Domain expertise)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

• STLC Knowledge: Proficiency in requirement understanding, test planning, writing test cases, test script creation, test execution, and test result analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and test coverage
• Conduct functional, integration and regression tests on the systems Identify, document and track defects using test management tools and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to test automation efforts, improving overall test coverage, and efficiency
