Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Microwave Radios testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in to improve the efficiency and reliability of our microwave radio systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for Microwave Radios testing.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the performance, functionality, and reliability of microwave radio equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RF engineers, software developers, and product managers to define test requirements and scenarios.
  • Build and enhance test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Document test procedures, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new testing technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Microwave Radios testing and troubleshooting.
  • (e.g., Python, Java, Test Scripting).
  • Knowledge of automation framework design, development, and maintenance.
  • Experience with RF test equipment and network analyzer tools is a plus.
  • Ability to propose Test / Automation - solution(s) for Testing Microwave Radios.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and software version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specific microwave communication protocols and standards.
  • Certification in test automation or related fields.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to Image Processing is an advantage.
