Technical Support Engineer

Job Title: L1 Tech Support Agent (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Location: Hyderabad Hybrid

We are hiring an L1 Support Agent to provide first-line technical and operational support to internal users and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, customer support experience, and basic knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, and cTrader.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support and issue triage
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and access-related issues
• Support password resets, 2FA, email access, and domain accounts
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities
• Monitor incidents and escalate critical issues to relevant teams
• Assist users with MT4, MT5, cTrader, and web trading platform access issues
• Maintain accurate ticketing and incident records

Required Skills

• Experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Technical Support
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Understanding of account administration and access management
• Exposure to MT4, MT5, or cTrader is preferred
