Job Summary:
We are hiring Service Desk (L1) professionals to provide first-level technical support, handle service requests, and resolve user issues efficiently. Candidates should have good troubleshooting skills and experience in remote support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 technical support via Calls, Emails, Chat & Tickets
Handle issues related to Password Reset, Account Unlock & Active Directory
Troubleshoot MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams & basic networking issues
Manage and update tickets within SLA timelines
Perform initial analysis and escalate complex issues
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Maintain proper documentation and follow ITIL processes
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD & Office 365
Understanding of Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office & Browsers
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, TCP/IP)
Good analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
ITIL knowledge
