Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical troubleshooting across a range of systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Support Lync, Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues, including basic network configurations and connectivity.
  • Provide support for video conferencing and audio/video equipment.
  • Assist in Telephony equipment troubleshooting and setup.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration is a plus.
