Technical Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Technical Sales Engineer. The primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs and offering tailored technical solutions to meet their requirements. The role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, providing hands-on technical support, generating leads, managing sales activities, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.
• Experience in providing Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
• Strong Communication skills to clearly explain technical information and build customer relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and driving revenue growth within a technical or industrial products/services environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to understand and address customer challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical fields, or related areas is preferred.
• Experience in the protective coatings or industrial solutions industry is a plus.
