Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with opportunities for remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will oversee technical sales processes, act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, and provide technical insights to support sales initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering technical solutions, presenting technical aspects of products, and contributing to customer satisfaction through ongoing support and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Experience in Technical Support and proficiency in resolving technical issues
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate client interactions and internal collaboration
• Proven expertise in Sales, including negotiation and relationship management
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
