Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources & Office Administration Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai.

This role is designed to be equally focused on Human Resources and Office Executive. The Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations such as employee records, recruitment, and employee relations, while also overseeing administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, documentation, and supporting day-to-day organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain efficient administrative operations, and contribute to creating a professional and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (50%)

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Office Administration (50%)

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and administrative records.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth communication and operational support across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Office Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office Suite, and documentation tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
