Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong talent sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required:3 to 5 years
Requirements
Technical Attributes:
35 years of experience in technical recruitment from IT.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & ATS (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently
Data-driven hiring and experience using recruitment metrics
Negotiation and relationship-building skills
Understanding of current talent market trends and hiring best practices
Preferred Qualities:
Experience working on niche skills & bulk hiring
Creative sourcing strategies & networking ability
Strong ownership mindset and result-oriented approach
