Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong talent sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:3 to 5 years

Requirements

• Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, evaluating, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer negotiation
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, JD creation, and talent strategy
  
• Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Referrals)
  
• Screen technical resumes and assess candidate technical understanding
  
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical evaluation rounds
  
• Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress via ATS
  
• Create hiring reports and dashboards
  
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and external agencies
  
• Ensure hiring SLAs and timelines are met for critical positions
  
  

Technical Attributes:

• 35 years of experience in technical recruitment from IT.

• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & ATS (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently

• Data-driven hiring and experience using recruitment metrics

• Negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of current talent market trends and hiring best practices

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working on niche skills & bulk hiring

• Creative sourcing strategies & networking ability

• Strong ownership mindset and result-oriented approach
