Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Role Overview
We are looking for a savvy, tech-literate Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to closing top-tier engineering talent. You aren't just looking for keywordsyou understand how different technologies work together and can speak the language of developers, product managers, and data scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process for technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Data Architects.
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a transparent, high-touch, and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
- Technical Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess both technical competence and cultural alignment.
- Offer Management: Lead the negotiation and closing process, working with Finance and HR to ensure competitive and equitable offers.
- Data Integrity: Maintain a clean and organized ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: [25+] years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Fluency: A strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS, Kubernetes) and the ability to explain complex technical roles.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proven track record of finding needles in haystacks using advanced Boolean strings and creative outreach methods.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can craft cold emails that actually get replies.
- Organization: Ability to manage 10+ open requisitions simultaneously without letting candidates slip through the cracks.
