Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in technical hiring, preferably within the VDI and technology domain. The ideal candidate should have a technical or engineering background and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment independently. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source and build talent pipelines for technical and niche roles.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
- 35 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Exposure to hiring in the VDI/technology domain (preferred).
- Engineering or technical educational background.
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
