ShimentoX is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring core IT roles and be based out of Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)

Hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data & Python roles

Requirement understanding & JD alignment with Hiring Managers

Boolean sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals

Initial screening, candidate engagement & salary negotiation

Interview coordination, MIS & pipeline management

Required Skills:

35 years of IT recruitment experience (Mandatory)

Strong technical & IT fundamentals

Experience hiring only technical roles

Excellent communication skills

Hyderabad-based candidates only (WFO mandatory)
