Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter to help us hire exceptional engineering talent building next-generation AI products.You will play a key role in scaling teams across Generative AI, Full Stack Engineering, and Cloud platforms, working closely with engineering leaders to attract and hire top talent. If you enjoy connecting with great engineers, solving hiring challenges, and working in a fast-growing tech environment, this role is for you.

Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Employment Type: FTE

Exp Level : Minimum 2+ years of exp in Domestic recruitment

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support for technical roles.
  • Hire for critical technology roles including AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other emerging technology positions.
  • Proactively source and build strong candidate pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, professional networks, and technology communities.
  • Conduct initial screening discussions to assess candidates technical exposure, career motivations, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with the organization's culture and values.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering managers, product leaders, and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities and define the ideal candidate profile for each role.
  • Create engaging outreach strategies to attract passive candidates and build long-term relationships with top technology professionals.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Track and manage candidate pipelines using recruitment tools and ATS platforms while maintaining accurate hiring data and documentation.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, hiring efficiency, and candidate engagement through data-driven insights and recruitment analytics.
  • Stay updated with latest hiring trends in AI, Full Stack development, and Cloud technologies to better understand talent markets and improve hiring outcomes.

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical or IT recruitment, with strong exposure to sourcing and closing engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently interact with engineering candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality in hiring.
  • Good understanding of technology roles such as Full Stack, AI/ML, Cloud, or DevOps, with the ability to conduct effective initial screening conversations.
  • A proactive and ownership-driven mindset with the ability to drive hiring pipelines independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in candidate tracking, interview coordination, and recruitment reporting.
  • Passion for building great teams and creating a positive candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
