Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles
- Must have exp in C2H Staffing
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills 1
