Role: Recruiter RPO (US Client)

About the Role

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Sales, GTM, Key Account Management (KAM), and high-volume hiring roles for SaaS-based companies. This includes sourcing, screening, coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, GTM, KAM, and bulk hiring roles across SaaS environments
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectations, GTM structure, and hiring needs
  • Source talent using multiple channelsjob boards, social platforms, sourcing tools, and referrals
  • Track hiring metrics, maintain dashboards, and ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process
  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities as required

Requirements

  • 26 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in Sales, GTM, KAM, and bulk hiring
  • Prior experience hiring for SaaS-based companies (inside sales, AE, SDR, BDR, AM, KAM, GTM roles preferred)
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment
  • Understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and SaaS/GTM role nuances
  • Experience using HRIS / ATS / recruitment platforms

Excellent communication, strong ownership, and problem-solving skills
