We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team In this role, you will play a strategic part in driving our hiring initiatives, focusing on sourcing and attracting top-tier technical talent that aligns with our innovative brand mission. You will leverage your industry expertise, relationships, and recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and enhance our employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber engineering candidates across various technical domains.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job postings that resonate with potential candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, and networking, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously optimize and enhance the hiring process, driving efficiency and improving candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies, enabling effective candidate evaluation and engagement.
Preferred:
- Experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Background in technical fields, such as software engineering or data science, to facilitate better understanding of candidate profiles.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies, including social media campaigns and events.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) for sourcing candidates.
- Experience with recruitment analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry-standard assessment tools and techniques for evaluating technical skills.
