Job Description – IT Recruiter

Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 2 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of technical skills and IT roles.
  • Experience working with job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.

Work Location

  • Hyderabad

Interview Process

  • Face-to-face interview at office location.
