Associate Technical Recruiter – US Staffing
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for US Staffing across Staff Augmentation, Contingent Workforce Management, and Staffing MSP programs. The recruiter will partner with Fortune 500 and enterprise clients in Financial Services, Banking, Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telecommunications, and IT Services & Consulting domains. This role demands strong expertise in technical hiring, client engagement, and delivery excellence within the US staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and contingent workforce roles.
- Client engagement: Collaborate with MSPs, client hiring managers, and vendor partners to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent.
- Talent sourcing: Build pipelines using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and niche platforms.
- Staff augmentation delivery: Manage high-volume requisitions, ensuring SLA adherence and quick turnaround.
- Compliance & documentation: Ensure all placements meet client, MSP, and regulatory requirements (E-Verify, background checks, onboarding).
- Market intelligence: Provide insights on compensation trends, skill availability, and competitor activity in the US staffing.
- Mentorship: Guide junior recruiters, share best practices, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of US IT staffing/recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a recruiter role.
- Strong knowledge of VMS/MSP environments and contingent workforce models.
- Proven success in hiring for Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, and niche IT roles.
- Expertise in US immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client and candidate relationships.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting clients in Financial Services, Banking, Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telecom, and IT Consulting.
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions under tight deadlines.
- Track record of building long-term client and candidate relationships.
