Job Summary

Response Informatics is seeking a proactive and experienced Domestic Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end domestic hiring, especially for IT and non-IT roles across India. The recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and successfully closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment for client and internal requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to evaluate candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Negotiate salaries and support offer release and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Meet hiring targets within defined turnaround times.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases accurately.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in domestic recruitment.
• Strong experience in IT recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
• Proficiency with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in staffing or recruitment consulting firms preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods are preferred.

Work Timings

• Monday to Friday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
• Alternate Saturdays may be working based on business requirements
