Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled US Technical Recruiter with experience in hiring for full-time (direct hire) roles as well as working with implementation partners/vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various technologies while managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for full-time (FTE/direct hire) and implementation partner requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Engage with implementation partners/vendors to fulfill client requirements
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions for full-time hires
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and generate recruitment reports
