Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing recruitment teams, stakeholder management, and delivering hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and tech roles.
Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters; ensure target achievement and quality delivery.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategy.
Drive sourcing through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor partnerships, and networking.
Handle bulk and niche tech hiring as per business needs.
Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, etc.).
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring tech roles.
Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and documentation standards.
Mandatory Requirements
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong exposure to IT / Technical hiring (Developers, QA, DevOps, Product, Data roles, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling hiring for mid to senior-level roles.
Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment
