Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 16 years of hands-on experience working exclusively with direct clients on Core IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle US IT recruitment and a solid understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions using direct client requirements
• Work on Core IT roles such as Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and Administrators
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates
• Manage candidate documentation, rate negotiation, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 16 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Proven experience working only with direct clients
• Strong knowledge of Core IT technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Strong understanding of US visa types and employment terms
