In India, we have branch offices in Delhi, Bangalore but our operational hub is Chennai. We were established in India about 5 years ago and nearing a strength of 100 employees now.

Role: US IT Recruiter (Senior)

Shift timings: 8pm 6 am IST

Employment type: Full Time

Year of Experience: 5+ years must

Must have worked for ERP requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in end to end IT Recruitment.

Should have good technical knowledge (SAP, ERP, IT Skills, etc.).

Responsible for hiring, Sourcing, interview follow up till pre boarding for assigned requisitions.

Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.

Should have experience in using job portals monster, indeed, LinkedIn, etc) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintaining an internal database of consultants.

Excellent sourcing skills.
