Job Title: Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT staffing and strong knowledge of infrastructure, IT engineering, and application development technologies. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding)
- Work closely with account managers, clients, and hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements
- Recruit for roles across:
- IT Infrastructure (Cloud, Network, System, DevOps, Security, Technical Support)
- IT Engineering (Support, Platform, Site Reliability, Systems)
- Application Development (Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Mobile, ERP)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, visa status, and US work authorization
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates
- Maintain compliance with US staffing policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 16+ years of experience in US IT recruitment / technical recruiting
- 6 + Month can also apply
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes and recruitment life cycle
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Experience working with implementation partner
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.)
- Hands-on experience recruiting for:
- Infrastructure & Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, Windows, Networking)
- IT Engineering & Support roles
- Application development technologies (Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VMS/MSP environments
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps teams
- Strong ATS and CRM experience
- Exposure to direct client interaction
