We're hiring a Recruiter with 14 years of US staffing experience, preferably from a Non- IT, Legal and Aero. If you've worked with direct clients or MSPs and are passionate about connecting top talent with leading US firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT legal and compliance-related roles sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement.
- Collaborate with direct clients or top MSPs to understand job requirements and deliver the best talent.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage clientcandidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation and assist in the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably working experience with Direct Clients.
- 14 years of US recruitment experience.
- Experience working with direct clients or MSPs.
- Strong understanding of US hiring models.
- Extensive experience working with W2 and Full Time Hiring Candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, job boards, and ATS tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
