Role Overview
We are seeking Technical Recruiters with strong experience in the US staffing industry, specifically those who have worked closely with implementation partners (W2). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US requirements.
- Work closely with implementation partners and direct clients.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage offers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets and ensure timely submissions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruiting.
- Strong exposure to working with implementation partners.
- Solid understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid model.
- Wednesday: Work From Home.
- Remaining days: Work from office, Noida Sector 62.
