Navtech is looking for a dynamic technical recruiter who will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria.
- Possess the ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e. g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationships.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews and performing skills assessment tests for various positions.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System.
- Staying current on the company's organisation structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role.
- Possess the ability to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and gauge the chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than sell a role.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Willing to attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand.
- Have an MBA/bachelor's degree and education throughout in the English medium.
