Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance with HR policies, and staff development. They will collaborate with department heads to ensure HR strategies align with the hospital's operations and objectives. This role will also require coordination for employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
• Strong skills in Training, Employee Development, and Engagement Strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities
• Experience in the hospital industry is mandatory
