Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedRecruiterwith 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across the European region.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across Europe.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback gathering, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with European labor laws, hiring practices, and market trends.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Requirements5 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a regional or international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Experience hiring in multiple European markets (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).
  • Familiarity with EU labor regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in recruitment for technology, finance, or consulting sectors.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, AIRS, SHRM-CP).
