What You'll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting for IT roles — from we need a DevOps engineer yesterday to signed offer letter
• Sourcing like a pro: job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean magic, referrals, cold outreach — whatever it takes
• Screening candidates fast and accurately, so hiring managers only see the best of the best
• Building a bench of ready-to-go talent for the roles that keep coming back
• Owning your numbers — submittals, interviews, offers, closures — and beating them
• Staying ahead of tech hiring trends so you always know where to find the next great candidate

What You Bring

• 3-5 years crushing it in IT recruitment (staffing world experience Even better)
• A track record of hitting targets — not just talking about it
• Real fluency in tech — you know your DevOps from your data engineers, your React from your Rust
• Creative sourcing instincts — you don't wait for candidates to apply; you go find them
• Sharp communication and negotiation skills that get offers signed, not ghosted
