We are looking for an experienced APAC Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team.
Note:Candidates Must have experience in APAC region (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia).
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on APAC Technical Recruitment experience (Mandatory)
- Strong experience hiring for IT/Technical positions across APAC countries
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and social media
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer management
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, ATS, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for APAC region
- Source and engage high-quality technical talent through multiple channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical and business requirements
- Schedule interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a great candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS with accurate candidate data

- Experience hiring for Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data, Infrastructure, QA, and ERP technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
