Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Noida (Hybrid mode). The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technology and consulting positions, including gathering role requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking, and screening resumes for technical fit. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating evaluation processes with hiring managers, managing interview schedules, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and applicant databases, collaborating with business and delivery teams to forecast hiring needs, and supporting employer branding activities to attract high-quality technical talent.

Qualifications :-

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong IT recruitment skills and experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for IT roles across software development, data, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder management.
• Experience using ATS tools, job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical role requirements with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• Prior experience in IT staffing or technology consulting environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
