Technical Recruiter/ Sr Technical Recruiter (Noida & Bangalore)- Domestic Staffing

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiter (Domestic Staffing) with 1-5 years of experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring based out in Noida & Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and handling multiple technical requirements across diverse technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT C2H requirements.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable technical candidates within defined timelines.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and networking.

• Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Negotiate compensation, notice period, and onboarding timelines with candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases accurately.

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with account managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment with strong exposure to C2H hiring (Domestic Staffing)

• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends.

• Hands-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work on multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to product-based, captive, or service-based hiring.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.

• Candidates with immediate to short notice periods preferred.
