Technical Recruiter

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Recruit for Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, internal databases, and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
• Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with consultants and candidates.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.

Required Skills & Experienc

• e3+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
• .Strong experience working with Implementation Partner
• .Strong experience working with C2C, W2 and 1099
• .Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
• .Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
• .Experience recruiting for Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data, AI/ML, Software Development, QA, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and other technical roles
• .Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• .Experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment
• .Ability to prioritize multiple open requirements simultaneously
• .Self-motivated with minimal supervision
