Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Technical Recruiter with proven expertise in W2 hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting IT professionals across a wide range of technologies for direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners. The recruiter should possess a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, federal employment compliance, and the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions on the W2 employment model.
  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates through phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and overall fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across various IT domains.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate compensation and extend employment offers while maintaining positive candidate relationships.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed, including employment eligibility, onboarding paperwork, and background verification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Delivery Managers to understand client requirements and staffing priorities.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining high-quality submissions and placements.
  • Stay updated on current US IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment with significant experience in W2 hiring.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and employment models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
  • Experience recruiting for technologies such as:
  • Java, .NET, Python, Golang
  • AWS, Azure, GCP
  • DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
  • Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML
  • Cybersecurity
  • QA Automation
  • Salesforce, SAP, Oracle
  • Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Technical Program Managers
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience working with ATS and CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Tracker, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations including US Citizens, Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), EAD, TN, H-1B, and OPT/CPT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
