Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Proven experience handling both contract and full-time requirements
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows
