Early is India's foremost full-stack weight loss platform, combining GLP-1 medication, doctor-led care, nutrition coaching, lab diagnostics and technology to treat obesity and metabolic health at the root. We focus on clinical, personalized, and data-driven care for sustainable results - not quick fixes. Key GLP-1 patents expire on March-20 in India, which will further fuel our hypergrowth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies, consultancies, or startups, and is confident managing high-volume and niche hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across tech and non-tech roles.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels effectively.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assess cultural/role fit.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback loops.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in an agency or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
