Experience:- Min 2 Years

CTC:- Upto 4 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location:- Delhi / Noida

Working Days:- Mon- Sat

Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom and IT Services roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project and delivery teams to understand technical hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across Telecom and IT domains.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle sourcing to on-boarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline for niche roles (RF, DT, Core, IP, IT Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or HR.
  • 25 years of experience in technical recruitment within Telecom or IT Services.
  • Strong knowledge of skills such as RF Planning, Drive Test, Core, IP, Cloud, and Dev-Ops.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
