.Role Overview

:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support and manage key HR functions. The role will focus on end-to-end employee lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on non-IT recruitment, along with HR operations and employee engagement initiatives

.Key Responsibilities

  • :Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exit formalitie
  • sHandle non-IT recruitment (bulk and lateral hiring) including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollou
  • tCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plannin
  • gManage onboarding, induction, and employee documentatio
  • nMaintain and update employee records, HRMS, and database
  • sSupport attendance, payroll inputs, and leave managemen
  • tDrive employee engagement initiatives and activitie
  • sAct as a point of contact for employee queries and HR suppor
  • tEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor law
  • sAssist in performance management processes and HR operation

sKey Requirements

  • :MBA in HR or relevant qualificatio
  • n1–2 years of experience in HR roles with hands-on non-IT recruitment experienc
  • eStrong communication and interpersonal skill
  • sGood understanding of HR processes and recruitment practice
  • sAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmen
  • tProficiency in MS Excel and HR tool

sPreferred Skills

  • :Experience in bulk hiring / sales hiring / field hirin
  • gStrong coordination and stakeholder management skill
  • sProactive and problem-solving mindse
