Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 23 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of technical roles, and the ability to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment from requirement gathering to offer closure
- Understand technical requirements and client needs
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Conduct HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills:
- 23 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- Experience in IT services or consulting environment is a plus
