Technical Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter with strong hands-on exposure to hiring niche and mid-to-senior technology roles. The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership and close stakeholder management.

Title: Tech Recruiter

Experience: 1-3 Years

Work Location: Gurgaon (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39)

Working Arrangement: 5 days a week from office (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles including
• Source, screen, and close candidates through multiple channels
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
• Manage stakeholders, hiring timelines, and candidate experience
• Track hiring metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in technology recruitment (IT / Digital roles)
• Must have worked upon senior roles like Engineering Manager and Director
• Sound understanding of Backend, Full Stack, QA Automation roles
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel requisitions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills
• Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments
