We're a recruitment firm in Thane (Kalpataru Prime, Wagle Estate) hiring for UK/European tech clients. This is an on-site role with UK hours (1:30 PM 9:30 PM IST).

What You'll Do

Run end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and IT roles. Source passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms. Screen technical candidates against client specs. Partner with hiring managers on requirements and market insights. Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

What We're Looking For

• 35 years recruiting for software/DevOps/cybersecurity roles (UK/US markets preferred)
• Strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
• Clear English communication (you'll interact with UK clients daily)
• ATS experience

Nice to have: Recruitment certifications, technical background, UK/US compliance knowledge
