Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 1+ year of hands-on experience in hiring IT and technical professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing positions, while ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews and technical screening coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for open positions.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS updates.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in Technical/IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in startup or consulting environment
- Knowledge of contract staffing and permanent hiring
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
