Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and niche roles across IT, BFSI, Capital Markets, and Digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in closing positions within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal panels and hiring managers
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Support walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and urgent mandates when required
- Participate in employer branding activities and job postings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Hiring
- Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as:
- QA / Automation Testers / SDET
- Test Managers / QA Leads
- Developers (Java, AWS, Mulesoft, etc.)
- Business Analysts / Technical Analysts
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean strings and direct search techniques
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking recruitment data
