About the Role

Initus HR Consulting is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team supporting hiring needs across India and the US. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a full recruitment desk independently, understand diverse client requirements, and deliver quality talent within timelines.

You will act as a recruitment expert across multiple functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements. You will also proactively explore innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Preliminary screening and shortlisting of quality profiles against client requirements
• Partnering with SPOCs to gather feedback and refine sourcing strategies
• Coordinating with technical interview panels and scheduling interviews
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and closing positions within defined timelines
• Following up with candidates post-offer until joining
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
• Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred
• Skills: IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
