Job Summary
We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter with strong domestic IT staffing experience and mandatory exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in end-to-end recruitment, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and skilled in closing positions across various IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients across C2H mandates.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive closures within TAT.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and niche requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs.
Mandatory Requirements
- 16 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing.
- Hands-on C2H hiring experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and hiring trends.
- Experience working on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MSP/VMS-driven hiring.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Exposure to permanent and contract staffing models.
